The One in Sight!


The sun was up with a rare view

Through the window of my room

Turning the night cold doom

Into a warm sunshine, new.


I felt those arms all around

Me, snoring a night of sleep, sound.

 

It’d been so long

Like a magic song

I longed for that pretty smile

That reached a thousand mile.


I got no more strength in me

To be waiting for destiny.

 

So I ran, ran into the wild

Till the heat rays turned mild

The end of warmth, the fall of night

The star of the North, being the only one insight.


As I reach here at last,

My heart beats fast.

"There there, I am here, by your side my love", said her.
